This is a survivor.
This was my first USB. It as been in constant use since I got it and I lost the cap a long time ago.
Yesterday, I accidentally put it in the washing machine in a bag I was washing.
It emerged unscathed, having survived a 40oC wash and 1,000 rev spin. The data is all intact.
I even retested it today for Post Traumatic Shock Syndrome (like it drying out) and it passed with flying colours.
They don't make 'em like that anymore.
